Public disclosure of private information from the webmaster of this web page must be closely monitored by the Protection of Public Data Act ( Ley Organica 15/99 13th December 1999.) According to Article 1:
Objective; The purpose of the present Protection of Public Data Act is to provide guaranteed protection concerning the treatment of private information. This extends to civil liberties and the fundamental rights of individuals especially, their personal integrity and their intimate private and family life.
The principal aim of the SSI is a computerized database incorporating personal data on a national level which the Protection of Public Data Act defines as Publicly-Owned Filing Systems under Title IV, Chapter 1. This definition has been allocated given that a computerized filing system of personal information on a national scale should be controlled by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, which is an independent entity from the Administration.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION DUE TO THE SSI LAW
