On February 1, 2022, the Council of Ministers approved the new HOUSING LAW in Spain.
It will be the different Autonomous Communities that will have the competence in this matter and will have to develop its content.
This Law, the first in Spain, will regulate evictions, access to housing, price limits, and other circumstances.
Its final approval in the Spanish Parliament is pending.
