Op 1 februari 2022 heeft de Raad van Ministers de nieuwe huisvestingswet in Spanje goedgekeurd.<\/span>
De verschillende autonome gemeenschappen zijn bevoegd op dit gebied en moeten de inhoud ervan ontwikkelen.<\/span>
Deze wet, de eerste in Spanje, regelt uitzettingen, toegang tot huisvesting, prijslimieten en andere omstandigheden.<\/span>
De definitieve goedkeuring door het Spaanse parlement is nog hangende.<\/span><\/p>\n
